What does Fixila Automate do?
It turns photos and video into draft estimates, spoken notes into records, your data into drafted documents, and calls and chats into booked appointments, and it answers questions about your business in plain English. For law firms and clinical practices, it only ever drafts: a person reviews everything before it's used.
Five building blocks
- Photo or video to estimate: a walkthrough, a damaged car or a deck becomes a draft scope or estimate
- Voice or notes to records: a spoken summary becomes session notes, daily logs or service reports
- Documents drafted for you: proposals, reports, listings, letters and grant applications from your own data

Does AI make decisions on its own?
No. It drafts, summarizes and suggests. For law firms and clinical practices it's draft-assist only: a lawyer or clinician reviews everything, and nothing is filed, sent or added to a record automatically.

We use business-grade AI services with privacy terms, and we explain exactly where your data is processed and stored before anything is switched on.
When can we use it?
