How it works
Free consultation
Tell us about the business you're starting. We recommend a package and give you a written quote, with every third-party cost listed.
We build it
With your deposit, we set everything up and keep you posted as each piece is done.
You're ready
We hand it over with training and documentation, you sign off, and your ongoing services begin under their own plans.
What's included
The box includes the components in the chosen tier; it does not include ongoing taxes, legal/accounting advice, content the client must provide, or third-party costs. Third-party costs (state filing fees, licenses, merchant and software fees) are disclosed pass-throughs, not absorbed.
Partners and referral fees
Some components are delivered by independent third-party partners (for example business formation, registered agent, insurance, business banking, and bookkeeping). We may receive a referral fee or commission from a partner when you use one through us. This does not increase what you pay that partner, and you are free to choose your own provider instead. We only recommend partners we have vetted.
Deposit, delivery and refunds
Deposit: a deposit of 50% of the one-time setup fee is due to begin; it reserves your start and covers initial work and the third-party costs we pay on your behalf. Balance: the remainder is due on delivery/handoff. Pass-throughs: third-party costs already paid on your behalf (state filing fees, licenses, merchant setup, software subscriptions) are non-refundable once paid. Cancellation before completion: we refund the unused portion of your setup fee, pro-rated to the components not yet started, less non-refundable pass-throughs already incurred and a reasonable charge for work performed. Recurring plans that have already started follow their own terms.
